George W. Bush drinking game

This cartoon was inspired by President Bush's twenty-seven minute inauguration speech where he said the word "freedom" twenty-seven times. "Just before the speech was delivered, my assistant, John said, 'I wonder how many time's he's going to say freedom'. It turned out to be a very prophetic comment that got me thinking about how to do a cartoon about it. I like the way this game has conservatives toasting the president while it allows liberals to drink themselves into a much-needed comatose stupor."
