This pottery is made from porcelain clay fired to 2300 degrees fahrenheit. It is wheel thrown and hand decorated with underglaze pencils and stains. It is lead-free and dishwasher-safe. Use in the microwave is not recommended.

"WHY I LIKE BABIES: They are music to my ears, sleep is such a waste of time, and they are the center of the universe." This origin of this mug is a great story. In 1989, Tom and his wife Lori were expecting their first child. They needed party favors for the winners of the games at the baby shower so Tom came up with this design. "Most of our friends were having babies and I was really amazed at the way new parents go through a lot of discomfort all the while retaining a wonderful affection for their kids". |
