As
curator for the George W. Bush presidential library, Wally
learns that G.W. has read only one book in the past four
years: "Nation Building for Dummies"
Inspired by current events in the middle east and Washington D.C., this Wally cartoon is a big hit among critics of Mr. Bush's foreign policy. The graphic is an interesting collaboration between Tom and his assistant, John Lacey, who draws the book cover. Says Tom, "John is far more adept at cartooning than I am, so it was great for me to hand over drawing the hard part of the cartoon to him".
